OUR HISTORY

Iron Triangle Eskrima is the current incarnation of the former Berkeley and Oakland Eskrima Clubs. We have taught and practiced Filipino Martial Arts in the East Bay since 1985, focusing on the Doce Pares style of Eskrima.

Although we emphasize knifefighting, stickfighting, and firearm disarms, we also teach practical punching, kicking, grappling, and groundfighting techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Jiu-Jitsu
